What is the Chat Room tool? The Chat Room is a real-time, text-only chat tool within a site. The Chat Cbat tool can be used for synchronous, unstructured conversations among site participants who are logged into the site at the same time.
Conversations can be based around specific topics, and these fom can be made available to everyone or to only a selected set of users. Note that not all the properties of a chat room are available using the New-CsPersistentChatRoom cmdlet; for example, you cannot as chat room Managers or Presenters by using this cmdlet.
